How to cancel Prime Video
Cancel Prime Video (or full Amazon Prime) from your Amazon account. Cancellation timing depends on whether you have a standalone Prime Video plan or the full Prime bundle.

Step-by-step
Open Your Account on Amazon
Sign in to amazon.com on a browser. Hover over Account & Lists in the top-right, then click Your Prime Membership or Memberships and Subscriptions.
Find Prime Video
If you only pay for Prime Video, find it under Subscriptions. If you pay for full Prime, find Manage Membership.
Tap End Membership
Choose End Membership (or Cancel Subscription) and follow the confirmation steps.
What happens after you cancel
- If you cancel full Prime, you lose Prime shipping, Prime Music, Prime Reading, and Prime Gaming alongside Prime Video.
- If you only cancelled standalone Prime Video, your other Amazon services aren't affected.
- Partial refunds may apply for annual Prime if you haven't used Prime benefits recently — Amazon decides case-by-case.
