SubRemind fetches live exchange rates every hour and converts all your subscriptions into a single base currency of your choosing. If a rate is temporarily unavailable the original price is shown as a fallback. Supported currencies include USD, EUR, GBP, CHF, JPY, CAD, AUD, INR, and more.
SubRemind does not process payments — it only tracks them. When you mark a subscription as a trial it shows an amber badge on the card so you can see at a glance when it expires. The cost is excluded from your totals until the trial ends.
SubRemind supports monthly, quarterly, and yearly billing cycles. Quarterly and yearly costs are fairly averaged across the year so your monthly overview is always accurate.
Yes. SubRemind uses row-level security so only you can read your own data. There are no third-party analytics or tracking scripts. Your subscription data never leaves our secure database.
You can delete individual subscriptions from the dashboard at any time. To delete your account and every associated row (subscriptions, categories, share links, price history), open Settings and click "Delete account" — it's immediate and irreversible. You can also email subremind@proton.me if you'd prefer we do it.
