Category
Category — A tag that groups similar subscriptions for filtering and the donut chart. SubRemind ships with built-in categories and supports per-user custom ones.
Categories let you group subscriptions semantically (entertainment, productivity, AI, dev tools, security, news, fitness, gaming, storage, finance, other). The category pill bar above the dashboard grid filters which subscriptions are visible (stats always cover all subs). You can also create custom categories with your own colour, stored per user with row-level security. Deleting a custom category re-assigns its dependent subs to 'other' before removal so no row is left dangling.
